From Party Down to partying it up, Ken Marino has been cast on the upcoming final season of Eastbound & Down.
The comedic actor (Children’s Hospital, Veronica Mars) will appear on all eight concluding episodes of the HBO series, Deadline confirms, coming on board as a former athlete who is still living the high life every weekend.
Look for the character to interact with Danny McBride’s Kenny Powers
Tim Heidecker has also landed a recurring role on the show as Gene, a boring dude in Kenny’s neighborhood who has positively nothing in common with the dry-witted protagonist, lacking even a basic sense of humor.
HBO announced a few weeks ago that season four would bring Eastbound & Down to an end.
