American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy has shared the subtitle of the show’s third season, entitled ‘American Horror Story: Coven’. According to Entertainment Weekly, Murphy revealed the news during the show’s PaleyFest panel this past Friday night.

“It’s a really cool story we’ve been talking about for a couple of years. So we’re going to do that,” Murphy said. The Glee creator also confirmed for fans once again that the series will film in several “cool” locations around the country with New Orleans included.

The cast and crew in attendance at the PaleyFest also dished on the return of Kathy Bates and her character in the third season. During the discussion Murphy referred to Bates’ character as “cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.”

“I wanted to see a lot of scenes with Jessica Lange and Kathy Bates going at it,” Murphy said. Adding, “so that’s what you’re going to see.” Details on whether or not magic would come into play was not revealed, as well as the exact details surrounding Bates and Lange’s characters.
