
American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy has shared the subtitle of the showâs third season, entitled âAmerican Horror Story: Covenâ. According to Entertainment Weekly, Murphy revealed the news during the showâs PaleyFest panel this past Friday night.
âItâs a really cool story weâve been talking about for a couple of years. So weâre going to do that,â Murphy said. The Glee creator also confirmed for fans once again that the series will film in several âcoolâ locations around the country with New Orleans included.
The cast and crew in attendance at the PaleyFest also dished on the return of Kathy Bates and her character in the third season. During the discussion Murphy referred to Batesâ character as âcuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.â
âI wanted to see a lot of scenes with Jessica Lange and Kathy Bates going at it,â Murphy said. Adding, âso thatâs what youâre going to see.â Details on whether or not magic would come into play was not revealed, as well as the exact details surrounding Bates and Langeâs characters.
