THE PLAYERS Championship 2013 TV schedule includes live coverage of all four rounds from TPC Sawgrass May 9-12 on GOLF CHANNEL and NBC.
The Stadium Course at TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach in Florida is the site of golf’s “Fifth Major,” THE PLAYERS Championship. The top players in the game compete on one of the most challenging courses, famous for its signature island green on par-3 Hole 17. A total of 11 high-definition cameras will cover the hole for GOLF CHANNEL and NBC. Additional broadcast details are available on the GOLF CHANNEL press release.
Host Dan Hicks and lead analyst Johnny Miller will anchor GOLF CHANNEL on NBC weekend coverage, and select hours of early-round coverage on GOLF CHANNEL, with Terry Gannon and Nick Faldo rotating in. Gary Koch, Peter Jacobsen, Roger Maltbie, Mark Rolfing and Notah Begay report from the course. Steve Sands handles player interviews and Kelly Tilghman hosts.
