The Legend of Korra has a few new voices joining the cast for Book Two, including Aubrey Pla a (Parks and Recreation), Lisa Edelstein (House) and James Remar (Dexter).
According to EW.com, Pla a will voice Korra’s waterbending cousin Eska, along with Aaron Hemilstein (Joan of Arcadia) who will voice Eska’s twin brother Desna. Remar will tackle the role of Korra’s father, while Edelstein will play the part of Kya, Ten in’s “sweet-yet-impatient” sister.
Additionally, John Michael Higgins (Best in Show) has been cast as Varrick, “an eccentric capitalist and self-proclaimed ‘Bi -Bender,’” and Adrian LaTourelle (Sons of Anarchy) will voice Unalaq, “Korra’s uncle and Chief of the Northern and Southern Water Tribes, who seeks assistance from Korra.”
