Wilfred: "Shame" Review Free on klikvideo.com

In the aptly titled “Shame,” we learned that Ryan’s days of smoking weed and hanging out with Wilfred had finally caught up with him financially. And considering he hasn’t held down a job since last season, it’s no wonder that he was $ 12,000 in the hole. (“Okay, I don’t understand amounts, so I gather from your tone that that’s, like… awesome.”) In an intriguing turn of events, it looked like it was time for Ryan to buckle down and earn some extra cash by renting out his storage room upstairs — a room that Wilfred had recently turned into his “nauseating” home away from home.


The idea of adding a new roommate to the Ryan and Wilfred dynamic seemed like a fun idea, and the writers did a good job of setting Wilfred up with his own stakes in the matter — namely, his unfulfilled desire for putrid smells, one that he hadn’t been getting at Jenna’s place after the arrival of Juanita, “the cleaning lady.” (“That is the perfect nickname for her!”) There wasn’t a whole lot of roommate searching, though, as Wilfred quickly ushered in the unkempt Anne (played Kristen Schaal), who moved in right away. I couldn’t help but feel there was a missed opportunity in not getting to see more candidates tour the room after the neat-and-tidy Chris, but after the introduction of Anne, you knew it was only a matter of time before Wilfred worked his magic to screw over Ryan.
