CBS is officially bringing back Two and a Half Men for an 11th season this fall.
Stars Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer have closed one-year deals to return, while the half-man, Angus T. Jones, will come back part-time. It will be Ashton’s third season after replacing Charlie.
Jones’ future had been in question, and not just because he is an actual man now (they should change the title to 3 Men). He famously called the series “filth” and said he wanted out last year.
“We’d like him to be part of it next year. He’d like it to be. [Creator] Chuck [Lorre] would too. He’s made a public apology, we’ve moved on,” CBS president Nina Tassler told reporters.
Guess he will be, at least if his schedule permits. According to reports, it is “likely” the 19-year-old will choose to go to college after this season, but recur on Men when available.
